This home offers a well-equipped kitchen to include 2 dishwashers, extra refrigerator drawers, and ice maker. The house has a fireplace, stereo system, 7 flat screen TV's with DVD players, charcoal grill, 2 laundry rooms, 1100 square feet of covered decks, spacious rooms with 9-10 foot ceilings, wireless internet, professional decoration, and 4 bedrooms with direct access to outside decks. The 28' X 14' pool adds to your enjoyment. Next to the pool is a covered wet bar with outdoor refrigerator, an outside eating area and enclosed storage. The pool can be heated upon request at no additional cost during spring and fall seasons. Beach access is approximately 100 yards from the house. Beach chairs are available for your use. We have a 'beach wagon" for your cooler, beach towels, etc. Parking is available for 6+ cars. An elevator is available upon request (handicap or elderly only)
