There is the added convenience of a fax machine with separate line, screened porch, open decks. Owner also provides high speed internet connection and free long distance. Property also includes a private pool and poolside screened summer kitchen which includes full size refrigerator, dining bar, sink, poolside television, ceiling fans, & Jenn-aire gas grill (guest is requested to exchange for full tank of propane upon departure). Absolutley no charcoal grilling allowed. Outside Hot/Cold shower. Parking for 6 cars. Saturday to Saturday rental. Pool is Kidney shaped 15 x 30, and can be heated off season for $100.00 week.
